This Suzuki GSXR 750 F was a challenge. We wanted to keep the original look to the majority of the bike, but update the handling and suspension. The front end has been replaced with one from a K8 model GSXR1000, and the rear end is a K5 model GSXR1000. The front fairing is from a later model.

The project involved a lot of engineering skills from Rob at RM Engineering (www.rmastersengineering.co.uk) who put in many late nights using his talent on the mill and the lathe. And, with a lot of work, re-work and swearing (!) managed to achieve the desired result! Paintwork is by Charlie at CRS (07866 372565)

There’s not too much left to do, just replace the suspension ‘dog-bones’ for some that we haven’t put a drill through, then MOT and she’s ready to take out for a ‘shakedown’ before her first major journey – the MANX GP !
